About me
I am a bioinformatician, with a background in statistics and agronomy.
I am currently a research engineer in INRAE, Rennes.
My current research interests include :
- The chraracterization of the rainbow trout microtranscriptome in order to characterize miRna biomarkers
- The exploration of the genomic diversity of the downy mildiou (in collaboration with INRAE UMR SAVE, Bordeaux)
I was a PhD student in GenScale team (INRIA/IRISA) and EGI team (INRA Igepp) in Rennes, France.
Two contributions of my PhD :
- Strain level characterization of the pea aphid symbionts by analysis of SNP profiles (paper in Microbiome)
- Developpment of MinYS, a new method for reference guided assembly in metagenomic context (available on github and NAR-gab)
